Have you ever wondered why many churches are made up of a membership of ENTIRELY black, white, hispanic, asian, etc?  But not only is race a common denominator, but also things like social status, culture, education, age, worldviews, etc.  There are well-to-do churches, poor churches, traditional, contemporary, youthful, mature, denominational, non-denominational, inner city, suburban, etc, etc.  

By itself, this isn't much of a problem.  However, when you lift individuals out of their comfort zones and place them in unfamiliar settings to share their faith, many are unable to make the adjustment or to be effective. 

1Peter 3:15 summons Christians to be ready ALWAYS to give an answer to EVERYONE who has questions concerning the faith.  How can we effectively reach those we do not understand?  Is it our responsibility to gain the wisdom it takes to win souls even when they differ from us?
